  * Add APRS rx capabilities to UKHASnet node
  * Forward APRS data over UKHASnet

  * Use BeRTOS decoder to decode APRS
  * Outputs via Serial to LPC810 which will forward on the data over UKHASnet

  * UV-3R+
    * Removed casing
    * Wired up Power Vcc and Gnd to allow attaching LiPo
    * Removed headphone and attached cable to pipe audio in to APRS decoder
    * Checked works using FM

===== Jobs =====
  * Receive an actual packet
    * Setup transmitting station to allow testing
  * Configure Arduino Mini Pro to act as a TNC
  * Add UKHASnode
  * Code for sending APRS packets
