This LPC812 (EtnaNode v1.0) node was originally built for software development and therefore is equipped with push buttons for Reset and ISP entry. It is fitted with a voltage regulator so that it can be powered by the 5V supply from the USB serial lead and also has a DS18B20 temperature sensor which was originally fitted to test the 1-wire interface. It was subsequently deployed as a gateway in Disley since it happened to be available at the time of a visit there.
